Forensic Accident Reconstructionist
Ernesto Batista is a Forensic Accident Reconstructionist out of our Austin office. He completes vehicle and scene inspections for passenger and commercial vehicles and is a certified FAA UAS Remote Pilot. After acquiring his Associate of Arts from Daytona State College, he earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Florida International University. Ernesto spent time as a consulting engineer for an attorney’s office, specializing in personal injury litigation regarding passenger and commercial vehicle accidents. Ernesto has led corporate teams of up to 50 employees to success, from creating and implementing training programs to writing standard of operations manuals. He also has specialized training in Traffic Crash Investigation and Reconstruction.
He enjoys Cuban cuisine, traveling, exercising, and spending time with friends and family.
